The apartment may only be used by registered guests, however the owner may, upon request, permit visits at certain times. No pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed only at the terrace.

Final cleaning: € 40.00.

Children under 3 years of age can stay for free (bed and bed linens not provided).

Crib and linens for children under 3 years: € 8.00 per day - only if booked in advance.

The rates above are daily, with the valued added tax and visitors' tax included. We prefer guests to arrive on Saturday and leave the following Saturday. Arrival and departure during the week available upon request mostly during pre and post season. Bed linens and towels changed weekly. € 200.00 deposit with booking for each apartment. At departure, the apartments need to be cleared by 9:00 am. On arrival, the apartments will be ready for you at 3:00 pm.

Price for pets: 60 Eur, one time payment.
