The apartment may only be used by registered guests, however the owner may, upon request, permit visits at certain times. No pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

1. Stay & Facilities

Timing: Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
Schedule: Saturday-to-Saturday stays are preferred (mid-week arrivals available upon request during the low season).
EV Charging: We have an 11kW electric car charger available. Please notify us before arrival if you intend to use it.
Included: Rates include VAT, visitor’s tax, and weekly changes of bed linens and towels.

2. Fees & Children

Cleaning & Pets: Final cleaning is €50.00. Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of €80.00 (must be announced in advance).
Children <3: Stay for free using existing bedding.
Cribs: A crib with linens is available for €10.00 per day if reserved in advance.

3. Booking & Payments

Deposit: A €200.00 deposit per apartment is required to secure your booking.
Confirmation: Reservations are fully confirmed only upon receipt of the full balance, due within 3 days of the booking request.
Bank Transfers: All payments must be made via bank transfer to confirm the reservation.

4. Loyalty Discount

Returning Guests: If you have stayed with us before, you are eligible for a special discount! Please provide the year of your previous stay and the name of the primary guest when making your inquiry.
